Do I need a fighter license?

What medicals do I need?
You need a physical (by an MD or DO-no nurses) on the WKA paperwork, download here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1PtNCqtrEhQiY08-JmP2eVmI3-2iAXQqC/view?usp=sharing
If you are 35 or older, use this form: https://drive.google.com/file/d/13QcXpRZosuo-QD3PLnfM8JBjSzZPU1ES/view?usp=sharing You will need an EKG with report. Our fight Dr. will also interpret at weigh-ins.
You need blood work if you are 16 or older (HIV, Hepatitis B-surface antigen, and Hepatitis C-Antibody) Order your blood work here: https://www.accesalabs.com/MMA-Fighter-Combative-Trio-Blood-Test
If you have fought in 2025 and are already licensed in mma or muay thai, we will accept other physical forms as long as it meets our requirements, it is within 1-year of the date of competition, it clearly indicates they are fit to compete, and they will need to fill out the 1st page of our physical form and submit that along with their old (or other organization) physical form.
All female athletes will have to take a pregnancy test at weigh-ins before the fights. Test will be provided by the commission or promotion at weigh-ins.

If you’d like to check and make sure they are right, you can email to jenpitbull2@gmail.com ahead of time. NO REFUNDS if medicals are denied at weigh ins (incorrect blood, etc.)
Coaches Info
We will give one head coach from every gym (not one per athlete) a free pass. Any assistants, second coach, etc. will have to pay (same price as admission.) Coaches please register for your WKA license here: https://www.cognitoforms.com/WKAUSA1/CornermansRegistration
